Hannah Lee, APRN, FNP-C is a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner as part of Premier NW Houston Medical Group’s medical team. Hannah earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing from University of Houston-Victoria, graduating summa cum laude. She then completed her master’s degree in nursing from University of Houston. Her clinical experience as a nurse includes adults, geriatrics. As a family nurse practitioner, Hannah worked at family medicine and urgent care clinics. She is board-certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners as a Family Nurse Practitioner and is also fluent in Korean. She offers her patients adult physical exams, well woman exams and Medicare annual wellness visits among other primary care services. She is passionate about preventative medicine so her patient can live best quality of their life. When she’s not seeing patient, she loves to spend time with her husband and two children. She enjoys outdoor activities like camping, exercising and hiking.
